If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, please return it to us within 14 days of delivery for a prompt refund.
We accept online payment in a secure environment. Debit or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Delta). All transactions are shown in £ sterling.
To return or exchange an item, please send your purchase back in it's orginal packaging to :-

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will need to arrange and pay for the return of the goods to us, preferably in its original packaging. We can arrange collection from you but the cost incurred will be charged to you and deducted from any refund.
Once we receive the returned goods we will send a full refund.
We recommend that you get proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels that get lost in transit.

We can artistically gift wrap your purchase and include a hand written gift card. Gifts can be delivered to any number of addresses but a delivery charge is applicable to each address. We will inform you when all items have been despatched.
